Our Story: How We Started
Starting a water tank cleaning company was never the plan. It began when the water at home started to smell, and we went up to check the tank ourselves. What we found inside is the reason we do this work today.

How This Story Began
Nothing about that day felt special at first. It was just another day at home, until the water told us something was wrong. Here is exactly what happened.
1. The Day the Water Smelled Wrong
It started with a smell. One day I noticed a strong, unpleasant odour in our water. I asked the rest of the family to check, and they smelled it too. Nothing had changed at home, so I decided to go and look at the tank myself.
When I reached the tank, I found a hole in the top that had not been there before. I lifted the lid, looked inside, and saw something I will never forget: a dead squirrel floating in the water we had been using.
2. The Day the Water Smelled Wrong
I removed the squirrel and drained the whole tank. It was a large 2-ton tank, and the condition inside was worse than I expected. Our water was salty, so everything had built up on the surface. The water was cloudy, thick waste had settled at the bottom, and the walls were coated with grime.
That tank had not been cleaned in five to six years. And my family was not the only one. I realised that most people never get their tanks cleaned, simply because they never see the inside.
3. The Day the Water Smelled Wrong
The whole family joined in. We scrubbed the walls, removed the sludge and bacteria, and disinfected the tank carefully. Then we filled it with fresh water and tested the quality. After the check, we drained it once more and refilled it, so the water was truly clean before anyone drank it.

By the end, I was tired, but I was also sure about one thing: washing a water tank properly is not easy, and most people do not know how or who to trust. That was the moment the idea for WTC came to me.
I decided to turn this experience into a real service. Today, as an affordable water tank cleaner, we clean is treated with the same care as the one at my own home.
